P&O Cruises have a fantastic choice of ships – eight to be precise. Whether you’re travelling with children of your own or just like the energy that children bring, then the family-friendly ships could be for you. They have free children’s clubs on board. Or if you want every inch of the ship to be entirely dedicated to adults, then P&O has ships for you too.

Dining & food heroes

Dining & food heroes

P&O have joined forces with luminaries who sit at the top table within their fields. James Martin, the fresh new ingredient for 2015, is the face of Britannia’s cookery school. The Godfather of British cooking, Marco Pierre White, has created exclusive Gala Evening dishes for the main restaurants. Michelin-starred Atul Kochhar spices things up with restaurants specializing in Indian and Indonesian cuisine. Eric Lanlard’s mini bakes are set to make a mighty impression in Britannia’s Market Café. And Olly Smith’s on hand to wash it all down with a glass of perfect plonk!
P&O offers a wealth of unique dining experiences created especially for the British palate and whenever possible they use the finest, sustainable British ingredients, such as Gloucester Old Spot pork and Loch Fyne salmon. Wherever you choose to dine on board you’ll find all dishes are thoughtfully and freshly prepared to ensure the most exceptional dining experience with every meal,. P&O love food! Not just for what it is, but for what accompanies it. Exquisite surroundings, great company and conversation, attentive waiters who become friends and, of course, fine wines from around the world.

After dark, these 4 ships offer a fully supervised night nursery for 5s and under (free of charge and based on first come fist served basis).
P&O make travelling with children so much easier with spacious family suites with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for parents and kids, but families can still come together in the living space where sofas, chairs and tables – and a TV of course – allow for family time watching a film, a rendezvous point before you head ashore for a day’s adventure or simply a space to catch up on the day’s events.
